Make sure that the brakes are in good condition before sending it out again.

The truck backdoor was not locked, and the key provided with the truck did not match the padlock that was attached to the back door. In fact, the padlock key I was given opened the padlock on another truck in the lot. There was no dolly present in the truck, I had to ask around the business to get an employee of dewolfe lumber company to look for and find an appliance dolly. Upon return I left the dolly in the truck, but did not lock the truck back door as I did not have the correct keys to the padlock to do so. To make things better for the next customer, ensure you have placed a dolly in the truck if the customer requested it, and that its an appliance dolly and not a utility dolly. Also provide the customer the correct key to open the truck door padlock.

Not sure why people have such bad reviews on this place! They were great. Customer service was nice, quick and friendly. Didn't make a reservation just walked in and they helped set me up for the following day.


Very unprofessional I am very rude when I came in I was told I had to bring it back before closing which I needed it a little longer so I didn't bring it back to the next day I was being charged three times plus a late fee which I am I really don't understand why besides a late fee for keeping the car overnight but it's OK I would never recommend this place to anybody ever if you want to rent a U-Haul please go somewhere else they're very unprofessional people

We had to call roadside assistance because the truck was having radiator issues. Extremely delayed and costed us way more money. I would like a refund or money back due to this terrible experience.


This is a place I go to often for other purposes other than UHaul. I like Dewolf lumber a lot.

When you call them, this location actually picks up the phone. Very easy to deal with. Check out and return, took a total of 15-20 min.

First of all, when I arrived at 7am to use my app to get my rental van, I couldn't find the keys for the van, per the app. Upon calling customer service, they indicated the keys might be on the building, not on the back of the van (helpful info!). Then the code I was given didn't work to get the keys out. So I had to come back 30 min. later when the placed opened for business. They had a bit of a challenge getting the keys out, but eventually they did. Second, the appliance dolly that I had reserved was not in the truck... nor were 6 of the 12 furniture pads. Fortunately, since the office was now open, they could give me the items. But had everything been set up earlier (as it should have been), I wouldn't have had those crucial elements. I loved the use of the vehicle. Just wish the checkin process would have gone smoother and I wouldn't have wasted a valuable hour of my moving day.


When returning the truck the laper work was wrong I. The computer dtsti g the truck was on full when the psler we signed stated it was not. We had to get the originals and confirm. Even though I put more then i should of gas in the vehicle.

I needed to add a driver at the last minute. It was a little confusing at first, but we were able to get it done and be on our way. It took an extra 20 minutes however.

When I got to the location drop i was unable to upload the pictures as requested I tried calling the company and I was on hold for 30 mins than disconnected I emailed the company regarding this problem and I was still charged 20.00 for website problem I honestly think that is unfair and I always use Uhaul for needs
