Ok. Soooooooo. Location yes was great. Customer service was amazing. Truck worked great for getting things from California to arizona. A/C worked great for the trip and truck ran great. What did not do well though was the shocks were out. The amount of bouncing around we did on that drive was ridiculous. We were not made aware of that problem. We bounced around more than a ball in a pin ball machine. If there is some kind of issue with a vehicle then customers should be made aware of the issue beforehand.
