I asked for a 15 footer and they stuck me with a 26 footer and tried to make me drive to two other locations to pick it up. I got a quote for 600. It ended up costing me 850+ fuel over $1500 for a truck for one day that’s ridiculous. I’ll never probably ever use your service again and I’m gonna look into this cause somethings not right it should not be $850 for a truck that I didn’t order.

Kevin CI reserved a 6x12 trailer and it was not there on the day I was scheduled to pick up. Williams Lake BC was the haul location. I had to drive 1.5 hours to Quesnel to pick up a trailer and back to Williams Lake. Turns out someone took the trailer instead of a small trailer and no one noticed or checked. They just left them to grab any trailer. Major disappointed
RONALD RThe drop off location in Quesnel does not have any personnel on site. No one came to help unhook the trailer. I would have appreciated someone being there to help.
