I reserved a u haul on line, when I went to pick it up the store was closed and I couldn't get it . I called uhaul customer service and closest one was 4 hours away from my house. Yes I drove and got it cause I had no choice I had to move. Not impressed at all
Andrea mI needed the trailer in Williams Lake and was advised one was there when I booked. Unfortunately that was not the case by the day I was to pick it up and I drove almost 250 km further to get the trailer. I arrived late at night but was adequately assisted by both the U-Haul operator by phone and his friend for which I am grateful. The trailer itself was rugged and perfect for my mission and the cost was economical.
