Truck was dirty . I paid for moving blankets but when I got there, there were none . I got charged for them plus a moving dolly that I didn’t rent ! When I told the attendant, he just said call customer service. This is a convenience store that rents trucks . Next time I’ll go to a UHaul store that only rents U-Haul products exclusively!
Michael Mthe server did not speak English well and could not help me with the check in. I already uploaded all documents to be all set and had to go through the entire process again
Dillan PI was told that I couldn’t take the truck because the owner of the location’s car was parked behind it and they didn’t have keys to move the car. The only person attending to pickup location only spoke a few words of English and couldn’t help with anything. I had to translate to Bengali on my phone to ask where the furniture dolly that I reserved was locating. I was never able to get the furniture dolly which made my move much more difficult. It took me 20 minutes to finally get the truck out of the spot because they had left a car behind the truck with no keys. It made my entire morning behind schedule.
