While the counter worker was friendly, they were in no way prepared to help anyone with a U-Haul rental. The worker did not know anything about how to do rentals, only asking if everything was complete and which key they should give me. They had to call another phone number several times and ask me to leave a voicemail on that phone to get help. Finally when we got someone on the phone after 20 or so minutes, the whole pickup was done over the phone. And the reserved furniture pads didn't exist. When I dropped off the vehicle they just took the key and didn't know what to do either, just asked if we were all set—no checking of mileage, fuel level, etc.—I would not recommend this location.

Loretta CGuy at desk had no idea what to do. Called someone and handed the phone to me. Found a shopping cart in the back of the cab and the furniture mats I ordered were not there.
