It was chain grocery store they came right out to check me in.

Scott R.I had issues with my help both loading and ynliading so it was necessary to extend my rental one day. I realized there would br an additional charge but was not told by any of the several staff I had discussions with in the planning, reservation, and actual stage of extending the rental that the daily charge would be double what I was originally charged (what happened to $19.95 per day) and a new charge for basic insurance was tacked on, even though I had already paid for the premium insurance---considering I returned the truck 7 hours, not 24 hours, late.
