The U-Haul system isn’t good at problem solving. The dealers are, but U-Haul isn’t. Lots of issues!

LORA MThe truck was not clean, inside or outside. The fuel level was incorrect. The truck ran fine, but it clearly had not been inspected. Marked "recommend" only because you have to go wherever the equipment is located, not because service is good.
