Manager threatened to call police after I told him I needed a couple extra hours with the truck. That was his immediate reaction, not the best way of dealing with a customer. I feel like the Uhaul enterprise should cut connections with him.

SETH Oreturning the vehicle was such a nightmare .when we returned the vehicle they asked as pull it to the gas station and they want to fill up the gas but weird part was they pump about $11 gas but we only drove 14 miles the woman was there was so mad and start arguing and screaming. there is no way we spent over 3 gallon gas for 14 miles trip and i never seen such crazy people at any u-haul location we believe they scammed us . you can not let this psychopath deal with people for uhaul business
