It was a good experience for the most part as the process of picking up the truck was easy and it was clean and well maintained, the only problem I had was that I paid for a utility dolly, but it was not included and unfortunately, I picked the truck up on a Sunday when they were closed. I still got charged for the dolly even though it wasn't included and my move was more difficult without it.
