Location was a bit difficult to get to for someone not from Racine. I was happy with the truck and pickup process was ok.

Other than your roadside assistance sucks it was great customer service
LISA HThe lock was frozen and I couldn't get the keys from the lock box. Luckily an employee was there to help me. Since there's not a place to rate using the app, I was not very happy that they changed my pickup location. I arrived at my selected place only to have to drive across town to the other place they switched it to.
