The Quality Inn was pathetic!! One poor clerk trying to check out hotel guests and nobody helping Uhaul drop offs. Finally a vague wave toward the parking lot and a nod to leave the trailer. No one out there and unable to lift the trailer tongue myself, had to go back inside to get help unhitching. Had to beg for a drop off receipt

When I rented the trailer I specified the drop off location as Christiansburg Virginia. I found out on the day of my return that the drop off location was in Radford Virginia. Even worse, when I arrived to drop off the trailer I learned that it was a self-service drop-off location with no uhaul employees present to assist in the drop off. Absolutely horrendous customer service on uhaul's part that I knew none of this when I reserved the trailer.
