The dude at the front desk trying to set everything up for the U-Haul charged me 2 times the amount. Then U-Haul tried to charge me a 3rd time. Was told it was supposed to be around 87 dollars and somehow I got charged 187 and almost got charged another 100. Wouldn’t recommend

They couldn't find my reservation. They never provided a receipt upon picking up the rental, then they charged me a late fee, and I turned it in 24 hours early. Additionally, they charged me for fuel that I had refilled.
ALEX EI was quoted approximately 35 dollars. I picked up u haul at 9, had returned by 10:30. Did not even go 10 miles and they charged me 86 dollars. Thankfully Alyssa at u haul helped me and refunded the extra I was charged. They did not know what they were doing regarding rental. Thanks to Alyssa for correcting problem
SANDRA ALocation was fine, U-Haul itself was great. The customer service that was at the location was terrible. They were not friendly and they were not helpful at all.
Allyson WWhen I booked On the app I didn’t see where I could Change the drop off time. So I dropped The keys off a day early than what was on the app and the person working didn’t look up my reservation or check and just took the keys so I wasn’t able to input the mileage, fuel level or pictures that day. I had To go back to u haul the next day to complete that. Also there was a 27$ charge that they couldn’t explain to me.
