The only complaint we have about this experience was locations for pick up and drop off. We were told to drop it off at one place, the contract we signed said to drop it off at that place, but everything else said we were to drop it off at another place which would have been 10-15 minutes away from the other place. We decided we would drop it off at the place that was on the contract we signed. The confusion may have been because of staffing being that it was Christmas Eve.

Mary BVery upset with my original booking process. I booked out of Dublin weeks in advance then got told they overbooked. Then I asked BEFORE I RENTED IF I owed anything with the rep online who I did the rebooking with and got told no. And I had no e-alerts. When I went to rent I did have an e-alerts which I had to wait forever to have cleared because I paid my previous order.
MICHAEL TWell honestly everything went so smoothly that I don’t have any recommendations that could make it better. This location had the equipment I needed and the staff here was excellent. They explained everything I was out of and on my move within minutes! Definitely recommend this location for your U-Haul needs!
