Very upset with my original booking process. I booked out of Dublin weeks in advance then got told they overbooked. Then I asked BEFORE I RENTED IF I owed anything with the rep online who I did the rebooking with and got told no. And I had no e-alerts. When I went to rent I did have an e-alerts which I had to wait forever to have cleared because I paid my previous order.

Well honestly everything went so smoothly that I don’t have any recommendations that could make it better. This location had the equipment I needed and the staff here was excellent. They explained everything I was out of and on my move within minutes! Definitely recommend this location for your U-Haul needs!

STEVEN HWent to pick it up nobody there to do the pick up took 4 phone calls and 2 hours with uhaul for somebody to authorize me to take trailer....why do I have to make an appointment if nobody is going to be at the appointment?
