LAURA JWhile the girl was friendly, they need someone there who knows how to handle U-Haul equipment and to help. For the car transport, my back-up camera was not working, so I had to back up and hook by myself. She didn’t offer to help guide me. Then again with the trailers. These had no lifts to pick them up, so I was stuck hefting your largest trailer up on my hitch. Why they have no cranks, is ridiculous. I finally had to find a personal jack to use since it was so heavy.
