Be informative, don't rent trucks with multiple problems. Engine made loud noises, the rolling door didn't work properly, add'l equipment was extremely banged up, I wasn't informed of drop off location (sure it was probably in fine print but it only takes less than a minute for the site person to verbally remind you where to drop off to avoid fees)

Drove in, got out of the truck and was told that I was good and a receipt would be emailed to me. Second truck pulled in behind me and both trucks had to be moved so that I could get my car out.

Do not believe u haul reps when you call and ask if you will be charged for a full day if you are 15 mins late due to traffic. They will say that you won't be charged for a full day but then you are. Had to pay a full day for 15 mins. when I called customer service, I was given the run around for 20 mins as I was transferred multiple times to representatives with no knowledge. then finally someone who actually knew the policies. Uhaul will not forgive 15 mins. When I found this out I said that I should still have the truck then since I paid for the day. And they said it was already in the system. Moral of the story do not trust u haul reps.

Reservation pick up time was for 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:30AM, but did not receive he keys to the vehicle until approximately 9:20. The reason for the delay is that there was only 1 person working, which was very surprising due to it being a Saturday morning. There were multiple customers who showed up at this time to pick up their reservation, but due to the lack of staff present, we all had to wait much longer than expected. Although this was an issue, this is not the reason I stated that I wouldn’t recommend to a friend. The reason for that is that the staff member who was present, Mr Kenneth Emerson, who I believe to be the general manager, was rude to customers. There was a father and daughter who were in ahead of me in line. Mr. Emerson was visibly frustrated by the situation and made remarks and facial expressions to the customers that were innapropriate. Given the situation, I could completely understand Mr. Emerson’s frustration. But as a general manager of the store and a “leader,” he didn’t fit the script at this moment.

I has ordered a furniture dolly but was not provided one because they didn’t have any and claimed people had not been returning them. I was not charged for it, but it was still an inconvenience.

This place was terrible. Both workers did not know anything and looked overworked and bothered. We waited so long for a truck because they thought the truck I reserved was broken. The lady told me I would get the dolly complimementary because the wait but charred me and more. They need to get it together be more professional and take a training or something

Tear it down and rebuild. Make sure to have the items on hand that were reserved days in advance or call and let customer know you never seem to have certain things in stock. If there has to be changes made to fulfill reservation customer for instance no furniture roller carts avail apparently then offer discount incentive . If customer forced to have a 26’ truck vs the 17’ ordered give mileage and or gas incentive especially when customer expresses hestitation and inexperience and discomfort driving something so big maybe you throw in the insurance. Area is very dark after hours isolated finding area to park such truck after hrs wasn’t fun either as other vehicles are parked both sides of street. Hard to navigate. Will never go here again nor recommend it. Called customer service to negotiate mileage at least cause I wrote down every address going but route had to change adding so much more mileage due to size and experience. Gassed it up as started at 1/4 had enough to get back but spent it again driving around got slapped huge gas fee penalty for being just under. Someone want to help change my mind with decent customer service and a partial refund. I’m open to hear you out. Thank you

Wendy was very helpful. I had a guaranteed reservation, yet I had to wait longer than 30 minutes after the time reserved. The truck I reserved had not returned to the lot and I had to be rented out an alternate truck. I would appreciate a follow-up on the guaranteed reservation. Thank you.

Pick up was quick and efficient. We were there for a total of 15 minutes. Drop-off was also efficient. We did the same location pick up and drop off and all employees were beyond helpful. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family for their next move! Also, there is a gas station right next to it for fill up before you return which is very convenient!

The loading area of the truck had cigarette butts thrown in the corner and it smelled like an ashtray but I realized that it could be hard to control but no one swept the cargo area. The workers were pleasant and accommodating very professional.
