There was only one employee at the counter and was taking longer than anticipated. Finally a younger male employee came up and waited on me. His service and knowledge of the process was excellent and I was out in minutes. The return was better and took less time than when I have rented cars. Only wish the mileage rate was lower.

The drop off location had poor customer service. I dropped the truck off around 4:15pm on Friday September, 28, 2018. On Saturday morning this location called me asking “when are you being the U-Haul back”. The person that called was very rude. I explained the truck was turned in the same day I picked it up, on that Friday. He then stated “Oh we forgot to check it in correctly”. I will never use this location again.

On both occasions (picking up van & dropping off), there was no one in the front office. The inside of the van smelled terrible. The instructions were very unclear and the price was misleading- after all was said, I paid $40 for what was advertised as a $20 rental. The mobile pickup system is terrible and unusable. I will definitely be using another company for my next move.

Wasn’t able to fill with gas because of hurricane, all gas stations around were empty and we tried driving around to find them but we’re charged for the mileage which I don’t think is fair. Check engine light was also on

The equipment was fine. The service was not. Not only did I have issues with my rental, I was charged for a rental a few days prior that I didn't do. I received a call from the location stating that a truck was rented in my name on Saturday (two days prior to my rental) and I was charged $51. The lady said she would get that reversed and my rental was still on for Monday. However, she said it was a 10 foot truck when I rented a 17 foot. She got it fixed and I was set for Monday. I returned the truck Monday at 7:30p-8p and did the return process on the application. I received the final invoice Monday and it stated I returned it Tuesday at 10:45 AM, and was charged for TWO days. This is such a horrible place of business. It seems like someone at the location is using this as a ploy to steal money or something. I requested a refund for the extra day that I didn't use but haven't heard anything back. EXTREMELY disappointed with this experience.
