This last minute small truck rental was one of the most easy transactions I could make. On-site agent was excellent and app easy to use.

Suzanne PWe were blocked by a parked uhaul in front of our storage unit preventing us an easy unload of our truck. This was an awful experience with zero help from anyone. Upset doesn’t cover it. On top of that our unit has spiderwebs in it and hasn’t been swept.
Raziel RConfusing on the checkout process. Use the app or take the key into the store? I did the app. For some reason I was charged an additional $60. I have no idea why. I dropped it off the same day I was supposed to. Just wanted to be done so I Pay'd it. There was only one person behind the counter at the Exxon so I don't know how he would check me out and take care of paying customers.
