The fact that your whole system was down on 5/19 from 9am/4pm with Zero ways to support your customers by using better customer service. Moving is stressful enough without the company your renting your moving truck from putting you 7 hours behind schedule on your moving day. My 9:30 am pick up turned into a 4 pm pick up. I found it crazy that it took me asking the person behind the desk why he couldn't take my physical card and DL license knowing additionally UHaul has all my information and my moving "DAY" turned into "2 DAYS" and cost me and additional $75 dollars to my landlord for an additional day to move out. The Truck was dirty on the outside like it had been sitting for weeks. The passenger side mirror caked in bird poop. I was not only forced to go to the gas station right away because the gas level was less than 1/4 tank, but because I had to wash the poop off the mirror and clean the windshield so I could safely drive your truck. I get the "return the truck with the same Gas you started with" Rule, but start with a 1/2 a tank so it's not the first thing you need to leave and gas and clean the windows. Thank you for helping me have a reason to start using Enterprise.
