SERGIO TThe attendant was inconsistent in which truck was available. The first truck was dirty with black grime on the steering wheel and seats. Then a “Check Fuel Cap” light was on with an overbearing smell of gasoline! How is that safe??! The second truck was also grimy with a driver door that would not shut all the way. They are not cleaning those trucks or keeping them in safe order. I deserve a refund and was highly concerned the entire time I had to drive it - with nearly less than a fourth of a tank to start with! NOT what I expected from a trusted name like U-Haul. I hope I never have to use this location again.
Deborah HVery professional and curious.
