Front desk person was super friendly, courteous, and helpful (just like he was a few years ago during another rental). Truck was ready, as was the dolly I rented. Returned online was not too difficult (just you have to take photos of your truck from various angles and inside). I was able to park my car street side for a few nights and no one messed with it, and no tickets. This was important as I was doing a local move by myself.
