You can make sure purple aren't being led to and have their reservations changed from the original place they made the reservation for. I just had that experience. Luckily, we had to ride past where we originally wanted and there were 3 trucks the exact size requested just sitting there. When I went inside to talk to the person, she was shocked at what had happened. She canceled the changed reservation and just started a new reservation right then and there. The woman working there is a GREAT asset to your company!

JAMES DCustomer service was lacking to say the least. I felt like we were bothering her being there. The only only reason I would recommend it is because it’s close to my house and convenient. Extremely slow process with horrible Internet access and no Wi-Fi available.
