No one present at location able to assist. Trailer wiring was bad and I had to cannibalize a wiring harness from another trailer

Very dirty inside
CLAUDIA VGet the mileage right and the times so you don’t get charged 2x when they screwed up the time on their end
BREANNE VThe check out and check in process was extremely slow. The computer system wasnt working so pick up took 20+ minutes just standing at the desk. They couldnt send the contract until after i took off. Drop off wasnt quite as bad as pickup but still waited around a little bit. just didnt seem like the workers knew the process for the uhaul.
BENJAMIN SWhen we got there to drop the truck off we had to wait an unexceptionable amount of time for someone to get to the counter. But we were told that on that day they were understaffed. And when the lady finally got to the counter. I told her why we were there and she walked behind a partition without saying a word and left us just standing there. We didn’t know if we were just being ignored or what was going on. My wife got upset and walk away and that’s when the lady came back around the partition and started explaining to me what was going on. And then she went to check the mileages and we were just left standing there for another period of time. But with them being under staffed we understand. Even with the waiting it was a much better experience dropping the truck off then it was picking the truck up
