deb cThe truck had scrapes and gouges and a broken hood in the driverside corner where the hood meets the bumper and there were no circles with x's to indicate someone from U-Haul had gone over them. Rather than leave them for a new customer to have to take the time to document these, a representative having done this before our pickup would have been considered a big time saver for us. ABS went out temporarily whenever it began to rain heavily, which is exactly when we needed it most. Unfortunately, Ford did not get this right.
