They should NOT be allowed to be a dealer. Pick up location was a shady hotel.
BROOK KI reserved a U-Haul trailer in Rapid City at the Deadwood Avenue address and was told sorry we rented that one out you will have to go to a different location in Box Elder then I get a text message with a complete different address I went to to pick it up the lady had no idea how to find the reservation I did or do the paperwork then we go to hook it up I ended up there was wood in the trailer and saw dust I ended up throwing it out and swept it out before I could use it. Then on Sunday when I left Rapid I made it to Kadoka and blew a tire where I sat from 12:46 to 5:40 waiting

JAIME MLot was very rough and not easy to get into. No place to turn around really and unhook. I went in to return the equipment and they acted like they didn’t know what to do. So I had to come back to my car and chat Customer service after I took a video of the trailer and where we parked it.
