This location claims to be a 24-hour return, but think again. Parking for the van and trailer was not marked, and there were no garbage cans to help with clean-up, but the kicker was the drop box for the keys. They had the key slot taped over with a note stating "out of order." How can a locked metal box be out of order? Where were the instructions on what to do with the keys if I couldn't use the only drop box? I called the 800-line and received permission to remove the tape and drop the key (making sure there wouldn't be some BS added charge). Moving is already a long and taxing process - this added stress didn't help at the end of the day.

Total opposite of the pickup location. Everyone was super nice and asked if I had a good trip. I couldn't bear to tell them the nightmare I'd had. Drop off was fast and easy.
Jason MIt was good truck
Russell JThe help provided during check-in was definitely less than efficient and professional; the attendant did not initially know what she was doing and other employees around her did not offer assistance when it was obvious the check-in process was not moving along. I would not recommend anyone rent a U-Haul from this specific location. The check-in process took far too long and all the delays were unnecessary.
MATTHEW II feel like there should have been a jack on the trailer, my daughter and I had to find a jack when unloading trailer and we couldn't unhook the trailer while we were loading. $200 is a lot of money for my single daughter and mother of two to come up with and then have to go borrow something to unhook it!
