My complaint is with U-Haul not the location. I had to go pick up a truck from one location pick up the trailer from another location when I came to get my vehicle was told that they couldn’t put my vehicle on the trailer because I didn’t rent the trailer from that location. The process was a headache then when I delivered the vehicle aand trailer a day early for some reason I got charged an extra day, but that was taken care of.
