Staff person was not familiar with checkout process so it took about 20 minutes to get checked out. Also, she asked questions that I had already responded to during online reservation process.
Douglas TNo issues with the rental. It was a tad annoying that we had to use an app to return it and upload photos. The app was slow, but overall it was a positive experience.
EMILY AEasy to get to, people were nice. No one there who was knowledgeable on trailer hookup etc. when I stopped to pick up. It was during normal business hours. I had towed these trailers multiple times so no big deal. But that would not be true for lots of folks.
PHILIP POffice staff needs more training. I ended up paying for travel insurance when I stated I did not want travel insurance. The gal indicated she could not fix the problem and sent me to the Deadwood Ave location to refund the travel insurance which was not possible since the contract had been executed. I returned to the location and pickup the trailer realizing I was not going to get a refund without wasting a lot more time.
