Wouldn’t say truck was clean but acceptable. Windshield wipers were terrible. Check engine light was on from the beginning. Fortunately no major issues though. Wasn’t my first or second choice for rental location though (moved twice by U-Haul).

The first truck had a check engine light on so we called U-Haul who swapped to another truck. After driving it for about 15 minutes, the check engine light came on this truck as well. I called Uahul to report who ensured me it was fine to continue driving. About 30 minutes later, the lady from the pickup site called me yelling about where the truck was at insisting I should have dropped it off already even though I had rented the truck for 10 hours.
JOSEPH RThe location at 100 Bellevue Ave did not allow me to return the truck even though that was where it was picked up. With no explanation I was told to drop the truck off at a separate location where my personal car was not. It was cold and I was with my 23 year old daughter. I will be inquiring if there is any legal action that can be taken.
