I did not appreciate the fact I was charged 40 dollars and 15 for Safemove simply because I returned it a few hours after the estimated time. Also I had to drive it in the city when I chose the other location for that reason. I feel I should not have to pay extra given I was inconvenienced.
KEITH SI reserved 2 dollies. As I was leaving after getting the keys, I asked if the dollies were inside the truck. He said, "no, we don't have those here." He didn't say anything when I confirmed the rental the day before and said nothing until I brought it up. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. Because I had to drive to a UHaul well out of my way, I was charged for additional mileage. This should not have happened.
