It was dropped off on Good Friday and it was closed so no people interacted. Called and left message Voicemail mail was Full so could not leave message. Parking lot was crammed full of rental equipment and could not easily park and leave the trailer - not their fault probably just self centred inconsiderate other customers just dropping equipment off where ever
Greg Bwindshield was cracked. I pointed it out but they should have pointed it out that it was known. also,wiper blade was broken and of course i had to have them on for at least 3 hours
Kent POnly complaint was a light didn't work on the dolly and one of the ratchet strap buckles was in really bad shape but we managed. The girl who helped us was an absolute delight to deal with though. Cute too
Douglas CThe agent was excellent and extremely helpful so no issues there. The actual truck was dirty on the outside and covered in a recent snow fall and I had to clean snow off the vehicle and start the truck to warm up i would have expected the truck to be cleaned of snow and warmed up ready for rental. the gas tank was just under 1/2 tank which required me to fill the vehicle before the 208 km trip costing me $160.00 an added great expense to the benefit of uHaul as when I returned the truck it was at 3/4 full. If the vehicle was full at the time of rental replacing the used fuel would have been much less of an expense for me. In defence of the agent she offered to clean the truck and drive it up front but being a gentleman I didn't wish to have her struggle to accommodate me there should have been a male to be on hand to have the vehicle ready to go. As far as the vehicle itself it was a pleasure to drive.
