Overall the experience at the Cooper Roofing U-Haul location was quite good. The young lady that helped us get started wasn't as seasoned as the lady that was there for the return of the truck. That's a simple issue of experience and that improves as time goes on. Both of them were wonderful to work with. The overall approach by all the staff we interacted with was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to rent any U-Haul product from Cooper Roofing UHaul. In fact, I plan to rent an enclosed trailer in the spring and I will be going to this location just because I know they're really easy to work with.
