Braden FVery friendly and accommodating. Trailer was in great condition. The young worker went through everything with me and helped me check lights, hook up etc.
Jeannine SI checked in over the app, put in my credit card info, uploaded pictures of my ID, and put in my vehicle information, then I got to the U-haul and the person had none of that information so I had to re submit everything again in person before I could get the trailer. Including having to pay again. Then when I returned it 27 hours later I was charged for a full 48 hours.
Zachary MWillow Truck Town car wash was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal to do business with. I wish I would have got the gentleman’s name, he was beyond nice and the truck was immaculate! I would give 100stars for his service today! He was even willing to help me carry my heavy bag. Definitely the best service I have ever received in my many dealings of renting U-Haul!
