Better communication for pick up time. Pick up time was delayed and did not get communicated until the last minute. It could been better coordinated by the central dispatch team to make sure dropnoff customer will be on time.

Andrew MMy bad experience with UHaul was in no way linked to the people at either the pickup or dropoff locations. My very poor experience was with UHaul central and the reservation process.
SCOTT BRipley's was absolutely excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable and thorough when picking up the trailer there.
