Ripley’s Rental always has great service, but Uhaul trailers are always poor condition. This vehicle transport had several problems, not noticeable until driving down the road. 1. Left front tire had plys/belts breaking causing heavy vibration, poor tread wear, and sidewalls showing problems. Never would have made a long distance without blowing out. 2. Brakes were not functioning, only noticeable when loaded. A big problem since there were several long steep hills in the area and could feel the brakes not working. 3. Rusty tie down ratchets. I had to oil them to them working.

ROBERT HEasy to rent
Amber VI was told since I was renting One Way and returning to Winona they were renting me their damaged trailer. The wheel tie downs were rusty and didn’t work well so I sprayed with penetrating oil to get them to work. The left fender was heavily damaged. The brakes did not feel like they worked. As the trailer would push hard going down hill.
