This location was very helpful, and was persistent in trying to help get my reservation checked out, while the Uhaul system was completely down. They were kind, and diligently worked to find a work around solution to check the equipment out. The issue came with a mechanical problem with the car hauler trailer. The barring on the driver side rear tire was shot, and about 20 miles down the road the wheel started smoking, and started to slant as it broke further. Then came the three hour wait on the side of I-5 while uhaul sent a roadside repair out to confirm it was a bad barring, before dispatching a tow truck to deal with the situation.
