The manager was late to work. There was only 1 person (Sonya)handling more than 5 customers at a time. No towing supplies for our hitch were on shelves. Sonya had to stock shelves in between helping customers. (She gets 5 stars!) A new employee was there waiting on the manager to get there to train him (he waited over 2 hours). The car transport trailer we got was damaged and the next morning at 2am when we were leaving, we had to call their road service because the wiring was too old and stopped working. This set us back a whole day for our trip. We were leaving early to get through the desert before it got too hot. Basically, they didn't checkout the trailer before they rented it out. The trailer was being dropped off while we were there to pick up. This shop is basically poorly managed.

Your policy's suck! I will buy my own truck just so I don't have to put up your "policy" next time I need something. Don't bother contacting me, your policy isn't gonna change and that is a problem. If you go past your return time by 1 minute because you are a mile away sitting in traffic and calling explaining that I am just down the road but stuck in traffic and , I'll be a few minutes after, and you charge for a whole day additional, I asked if I could get an hourly rate for the extra time and you said nope, pay for another day. Now I know why you haven't raised your rates in forever... you make more money with your "policy's"! I'm so done.

This place charged me an extra day because the place I picked up never told me that I have to drop it off the before or exact time as when I picked up the trailer 7 days later. Beware that 7 days means seven days to the exact time as when picked up. It does not mean by the end of the day.

Service was very slow. The most frustrating part was confirming twice in advance that we wanted a dozen furniture pads with the truck. They were not in the truck - we were told it would be another extended wait before they could be obtained. What? Why couldn't someone just run over and grab some furniture pads? Very frustrating. That was their mistake - they should have been more motivated to fix it and get us going. It had already taken almost an hour to get the truck in the first place.

No one unhooked the trailer once I returned it, I had to do it and just set it aside so I could pull my vehicle always. All there paper work was incorrect and they weren't sure if I had paid or if it was just a hold on my credit card. Just a time consuming process and poor organization.

I tried to use the Express Check In from my smartphone and it didn't take me all the way through the process. I have used this location a couple of times-staff is always efficient-equipment is great. No complaints!

The mileage was way over priced. I did one trip in town and they said it was 25 miles. Also there were a lot of customers waiting and only 1 person inside. She didn't even acknowledge us.

There should bea designated line, I had a reservation and was waiting in line as I wanted to get started with my move. There was an incident where a man's reservation did not go through and no truck was available for him. He wasn't understanding the process. When a man walked right up to to the second window when it cleared, with "just a quick question" , which wasn't , and I glad to endure the drama at the first window. When the walk up guy was done, he apologized to me, and I said, yes, that was not a quick question. But the guy who waited on me, got me in and out quickly and I was on my way! It's the customers that need guidance. I was grateful that they stayed open until 8 pm, which gave me incentive to speed up my move. I was able to return the truck by 8:15 p.m. It had the appropriate gas and was clean and I dropped off the keys in the after hours key drop, and the truck was ready for the next day rentals, which happened to be on the 1st of the month. It was a pleasure doing business again with the Redlands U-Haul.. My first choice of rentals! Thank you very much!
