I have been charged for $15 coverage without even telling me.. I have raised a dispute to get that reverted... So far no one called, Expecting it by tomorrow..

The instructions for dropping keys wasn’t as clear. Didn’t get receipt. Amanda lady who was supposed to help me with uhaul drop off wasn’t helpful and didn’t help to the best of her ability. Kept ignoring me and focused her attention on other things.

Han RI usually go to uhaul near my home in Sammamish. The service and location is top notch. Further, I have never rented a uhaul for 4 hours and paid 80.00! The most I've been charged for a uhaul is 49.00. I was charged double at Redmond! I will not use your uhaul again, nor will I recommend anyone go there.
