I attempted to reach out to let them know once I got to my destination I found it was locked. I called the help desk they said to bring it back to the place I got it from and they would provide me with another one the following day. I turned in truck and called the next day multiple times to try and get a hold of anyone that could help me as I did not get to move ANYTHING. I was charged and never had my call returned.
