Check-in was not as smooth as could be. I felt like I entered the same information twice which is irritating. You do it once on the website and then again on the app. So not necessary! It takes too long to do it all twice when you’re In a hurry to pick up the vehicle. Otherwise support was very helpful when I needed to figure out what else I needed to do to complete the transaction. Returning vehicle was just as expected. No complaints. Thank you.
