Which location the one who assigned my receipt on the wrong name (person who booked the truck paid for it and actually drove the truck) for income tax purpose put in the wrong name or the drop off location who had me on hold for 27 min while oi was calling tio ask for an for an extension for dropping off the truck? Customer service cleanly failed on both sides. Also very dangerous and odd that the bright lights would not stay locked on high beam for the truck I drove.
KELSEY KWe are very unhappy that we were only given the option to return the unit to Regina SK which is 150km away vs Yorkton SK which is 20km away. We would have been charged an extra $400 to drop at Yorkton- so instead, we were gouged $200+ for extra mileage. This is unacceptable.
Terence TGoogle and uhaul said it would be open on Sunday 10-2 but it wasn’t. There was a drop box for keys but I had no idea where to leave the truck so I just left it on the road. There was a number to call but no one answered.
