Improve on booking schedule
Temitope OThis was not the rental location my email indicated for pickup. Disappointed I had to chase around city for pickup. Better communication of exact pickup point would be appreciated.

Adam mWhich location the one who assigned my receipt on the wrong name (person who booked the truck paid for it and actually drove the truck) for income tax purpose put in the wrong name or the drop off location who had me on hold for 27 min while oi was calling tio ask for an for an extension for dropping off the truck? Customer service cleanly failed on both sides. Also very dangerous and odd that the bright lights would not stay locked on high beam for the truck I drove.
