Only picked one because 0 wasn't an option. Reserved a truck online, got a call that it wasn't available, but there was one available at another location....reserved that instead. When I got there at the designated time, the location was closed till an hour later. Went back in an hour and the vendor told me that there was NO RESERVATION.....fortunately he did have what I wanted. Seems like EVERY time I use U-Haul there's always some kind of an issue.....the people online are absolutely useless, they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I made sure to have the arrangements made well in advance knowing that U-Haul has a horrible track record, and in spite of all of my preparations they still got it wrong. Clearly your staff doesn't know what the heck they're doing!!!!!!!
