The location and staff was great. I elected for the mobile check in and it was a train wreck. The app crashed and acknowledged that I picked up the true despite the fact that I wasn’t asked for the mileage, gas tank level or picks of the vehicle. Luckily I’ve rented a U-Haul before and took all these steps on my own for my own records. The staff helped Me through to verify that I was good to go. Upon returning the truck, again the online system, because no pics were entered on pick up claimed the wrong mileage and tried to charge me for an extra couple miles, and also tried to charge me for $45 in fuel charges which was not correct either. Again the staff inside were great an sorted it out. I will NEVER use the mobile app for bookings or check in again and will only go in person. This is inconvenient but at least I know I won’t be charged incorrectly by a junk app.

Uthman MOnly picked one because 0 wasn't an option. Reserved a truck online, got a call that it wasn't available, but there was one available at another location....reserved that instead. When I got there at the designated time, the location was closed till an hour later. Went back in an hour and the vendor told me that there was NO RESERVATION.....fortunately he did have what I wanted. Seems like EVERY time I use U-Haul there's always some kind of an issue.....the people online are absolutely useless, they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I made sure to have the arrangements made well in advance knowing that U-Haul has a horrible track record, and in spite of all of my preparations they still got it wrong. Clearly your staff doesn't know what the heck they're doing!!!!!!!
