The attendant did a quick efficient job. The extra lights I ordered weren't there, and he didn't see them on my account so I never picked them up. I still need to call and ask for a refund.

The locks where the keys are secured do not work well and it took 20+ minutes to get the lock open. There was another renter there before us and they had mentioned that it took them 30 minutes to get their keys. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Having a customer service rep in person would go a very long way to making the experience much better. The people on the phone were very good and put in a no win situation with the way your operation is set up. The rental truck was great.
Martin MI had initially reserved to return to a u-haul location. When I checked out the trailer, my return location was changed to this location. This is a liquor store which is not open on sundays, which is when I needed to return the trailer. So I have no idea if it's clean or inviting and there were no personnel.
Robert KWas very difficult to get the key because U-Haul changed my pick up location last minute and never changed from counter to mobile. It took me an hour and a half to be able to get my key and numerous phone calls. I had six people waiting to help me move that I was paying by the hour, customer service did not help much. Either was on the phone with them for another 40 minutes.
