Trailer appeared not to be washed for years. Clean inside, but put some soap and water on the outside. Mechanically, it worked perfect.

My problem is not with this location, it's with the reservation policy. It's not really a reservation, it's more “maybe we'll have one when you get there”? The experience was horrible for us. Made a reservation at Incline, NV. They didn't have a trailer. Was told to go to Silverada. They did not have trailer. An hour later, finally got one at Virginia. This must be more accurate!

This is my go-to truck rental place, especially the South Virginia Street location. The wait today was a little longer than normal, but every other time I've been here, the wait was 5+/- minutes. All of the staff are very friendly, hard-working, and make certain that the customer is satisfied.

Anyone in this business should know that when you open in the morning. There is a great chance that customers will show up early to get their project started. It was very frustrating to be in a line 7+ customers deep and only one window open. 45 minutes to get on with my mission just seemed excessive. I will say that the employee that was taking care of the front counter was a great guy and had a great attitude. More counter help should have been provided.

The guys working at the South Virginia store are awesome! They were overwhelmed and needed help! We waited on line 45 minutes and we had a reservation! We understand that COVID-19 has set everyone back but they were way too busy

The customer service wasn't bad. The only feedback I would give would be to have the U-Haul employees go over everything about the truck. The U-Haul employee didn't explain much about the truck, a good example of that was him not telling me what type of gas it took or telling me where I could find information about the truck etc. But it wasn't a big deal. The wait time to get service was around 20+ minutes both times I was there which is why i'm not sure if I would recommend the Virginia location to a friend. Faster service = happier customers.

The truck was clean and in good condition - the Auto Transport trailer that I rented had one tire that was not in good condition. I asked to have a spare tire since I would be driving through multiple states for my move, and was told they don't provide spares, and only support roadside assistance. I did end up loosing that tire during my trip, and had to spend nearly 3 hours in the middle of the Southern Nevada desert (105* heat) waiting for roadside assistance instead of being able to change the tire myself in 15 minutes and being on my way. I think this is a horrible practice for Uhaul, provide the necessary contingencies for your customers to be able to support themselves.

Upgrade your rental process / system. Every time I go to the location to pick up a truck, it takes forever. I don't really feel it's your employees error, it seems as though the operating system they use is the dumbest ever. I attempted to use the self pick up feature on your app and that got me nowhere. Upgrade your system because unfortunately you've lost a customer. Side note - a gentleman, Christian (?), at this location was working so hard, he is so nice and one of the most helpful!!!! #ThumbsUpToHim

Everything went well except at the end. I rented. Van starting at $19.00 and $10 insurance that's fine. I had to fill it up and still got charged .78 per mile. So the $19.99 came out to $70.00 bill so that's a big bummer and I'm very In happy and I doubt I will tell anyone to go to you guys. That's a lot for just in town moving. Moving is already expensive and charging per mile and having us fill it up is just trash. The advertising should mention you have to pay per mile! Not in small letter writing either why you trying to trick us. Be honest and give A decent deal of your gonna act like You one. False advertising and click bait. I feel like a just scammed.
