ARTHURO AAllow the person working the ability to inspect and verify the vehicle condition so that the customer is not charged a fraudulent fee for fuel. I was charged $51 for fuel that should not have been charged- when I picked up the truck it had less than a quarter of a tank- the truck was returned with more fuel than when it was picked up START REQUIRING ALL VEHICLES TO BE RENTED AND RETURNED WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS because it appears that your existing fuel policy is designed to scam your customers with fake fees.
