Jeanie T.The staff was friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of reserving online and thought I reserved at South Virginia. They were not helpful and said they didn't have any trucks to rent except for the largest, although there were many trucks of all sizes in the lot. I left to head to Mt Rose where I actually reserved the truck and found them to be wonderful. Your Uhal staff at South Virginia needs to take lessons from Mt Rose on how to interact with customers.
