The only thing that bothered me with this rental was I had to travel 20 miles to get it because the location I made my reservation with( 4 blocks away from my house!) didn't have a 26 foot truck. But they had over 24 hrs to send the truck to the correct location but I was told they didn't have any drivers!

I would recommend this location but I would never recommend Uhaul. I booked this truck at your So Virginia office at 5:00 pm the night before and was assured that the pickup would be at that location. Instead they change the vehicle I had rented and had the pickup about 5 miles further south which increased my milage by 10 miles. Uhaul has done this before, I only used them because every other truck rental was sold out. Uhaul doesn't care about their customers, the staff at So Virginia and the office at Moana are slow, ill mannered and could care less. I will delay my plans next time I need to rent a truck if it mean having to rent from Uhaul. They have a monopoly and don't care how they treat customers.

This was not the site we were supposed to be renting from. We wee suppose to pick up at the Double Diamond U-??Haul. But they sent a text saying the cargo van I reserved for 11am, wouldn’t be ready until 1. That surly didn’t work....so the closest truck they had was the Mt Rose location. Farther away for us...but we had no choice.

Dealt with a new employee this time. Wonderful individual. Great disposition. Polite, respectful and very helpful. As always my experience with this business has always been and continues to be very pleasant and friendly. Can't say enough good stuff about them but I highly recommend the business for storage, rental of UHaul equipment, packaging material, etc. These folks, regardless of who you are dealing with there are just plain out right nice people. I have been dealing with this particular business for over 20 years and never dissatisfied.

Was instructed to return the unit to 1790 Silverado blvd the location refused to except the unit had to call the police, what happens to customer service ?

I thought I rented a truck with a lift but it only had a ramp whoch I couldn't use. I was loading and unloading livingroom furniture. The ramp was too narrow.

I was sent to this location from Carson City to pick up the Auto transport. As a result I was over mileage and over time on the 20' truck ( Reservation:22709987) I rented in Carson City. I was charged extra miles and another days rent on the 20' truck I rented. this caused a loss of time, much time on the phone and more cost to me. Not happy.

This was, hands-down, THE BEST Uhaul experience I have ever had. Everything was arranged and delivered on-time and the equipment was perfect for my move. They went over the top to ensure I had the equipment I needed and helped to get my car secured on the transport attached to the brand new 10ft. truck. Got GREAT gas mileage and had a very smooth moving experience. I highly recommend this location. The managers of the storage/Uhaul go above and beyond and are two of the nicest and most competent people I've come across in this business! You can trust them!
