Great experience with U-Haul truck rental! The reservation process was simple, the truck was clean and well-maintained, and pickup/drop-off were quick and hassle-free. Staff were friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. The truck drove smoothly and made moving much easier than expected. Pricing was fair with no surprises. I’d definitely use U-Haul again and recommend it to anyone needing a reliable rental for moving.
HOA LAfter the U-Haul mess in Fernley Nevada, i swore i would never deal with anything from U-Haul ever again. I showed up and the lady was really nice and reassured me that i wouldn’t have any problems and i trusted her. I can say that the truck started off with a full tank, it didn’t smell like body odor and ashtray combined. The truck i used was like a brand new truck. If anyone ever lived in Fernley nevada, “ do not rent a U-Haul from the 76 gas station”!!! It’s a day and night. Thank you for being very professional and having a truck with a full tank.

nikolas GNo fault of the agent, but there was issues with the software that made the check-in process way too long. She had to get IT involved to grant access to her computer. Apparently there was a 40 second delay, so it took an extremely long time. Turns out her location was set to the wrong store which caused her difficulties finding my rental.
