MICHAEL CThe staff at Northtowne Location were awesome. But they are not U-Haul employees so it’s not surprising how good they were. Too bad I can say the same for U-Haul. I booked a pick up at 7:00 am so that I could accommodate a very tight timeline moving my geriatric Parents. I received a call from U-Haul that the pick up location changed and the truck would be there at Northtowne. The day before pickup I got a call confirming pickup , but it wouldn’t be until 11:00 am because staff isn’t on-site till then. Really yanked a 4 hour block of critical time from and already tight schedule. Attempted to pick up that night but could not get there until after their closing! So just had to make the 11 am work. U-Haul dropped the ball and communicated terribly. I requested a 7:00 am pick up for a reason, not because I wanted to pick some random time. This PAYING CUSTOMER was drastically let down by U-Haul. Thanks a lot for the added stress to an already stressful situation!
