The location was fantastic, small uhaul pick up zone, but the man that greeted me was extremely professional and nice. Answered all my questions, explained the insurance to me, and asked how everything went after I returned the van. All around, the man that helped me at the location I went to was 10/10.

Customer service asks if I returned equipment the next day; I did return it the day before.
STEVE SThe location and service is great. The app didn't work for check-in even though I gave permissions for locations and calls. Maybe pay your employees from company earnings instead of passing the check-in cost onto the customer.
