For the second time I could NOT rent a trailer under my account name and had to use my wife's name as there is an e-alert on my account. I called in to your help desk twice and no one is able to resolve the issue. I even called i the day prior to make sure and an agent told me I just had to redo my verification, but that didn't resolve the issue. The help desk is anything but helping! I guess. they are more concerned by not staying on the phone line longer than needed to meet their time constaints. In sum, neither the retailer nor the help desk could figure out what was the e-alert!
