I rang the bell many times. No one responded. The door is locked and for employees only, so the bell is the only way to summon assistance with a return. Finally someone came from outside the building and was apologetic and accommodating.

DENNIS KThere was no gas when I picked up the truck. So I ended up putting $100 in gas and returned it with extra gas and no credit for that. Then I was charged a cleaning fee when it was clean when I returned it.
