The lady that were supposed to be there was 20 minutes late. We came back at 5:30 to return the truck and the place was closed even though they supposed to close at 6pm. The truck was dirty and smelly. The lady that service was not pleasant either. I send a text to Rick as there was a sign with his number and to text him and three days later I have not received a text back at all. Very disappointed with the service provided. I got the truck because I had no choice at the moment. My reservation was for 12 noon and didn’t get the truck until 12:30. I didn’t want to use my card which they told me I could pay cash but the lady said she didn’t accept cash. I will never recommend the place to anyone and will never come back.

Lorii WPlease take pictures of mileage and the gas they didnt have a full tank had to let them know that befirr taking the truck then they charged me fir a 62 mile drive when i only moved acroos the street in reynoldsburg driving approximately 9miles, I will not be going back to this location they are scamming and wont give me a refund please take pictures so your not screwed like me
