Service was fantastic and I appreciate the extra patience with someone not used to renting uhauls. Car was not at its best and needs maintenance. It is hard to brake and turn, but maybe I'm not used to them.

Roland STruck smelled like cigarettes and had ash marks on the floor. Alignment was really bad and transmission was slipping.

Nancy FI was greeted and wished a good day. Everything was ready on time. The truck was very clean and even smelled good. It had an engine dash light that stayed on and the air conditioning didn’t work, but I didn’t need the truck for very long (very small across town classroom move) so luckily it wasn’t a big deal. There is actually another U-Haul location closer to my home (walking distance) but I chose Tom’s Place due to good customer reviews, and I’m glad I did.
